Tapestry is lovely. Exactly what I expected. Customer Service is exceptional. I purchased a tapestry rod along with the tapestry, it arrived with torn package and Hardware missing. I emailed the situation, and they responded quickly with a replacement tapestry rod shipped at no charge.
The quality is excellent. Absolutely love it hanging on the wall. We bought a large size and it fills the space beautifully.

Disappointed that there was no backing on the tapestry and no weights on the bottom. We have a tapestry from years ago and it was from a different company and it had backing and weights, we thought they all had that. We like the tapestry but we could’ve loved it.
Hello William, we understand what you mean. Some of our tapestries have lining and some do not come with it standard. Each individual product page shows what the backside of that tapestry looks like. The unlined tapestries can be lined for a modest cost. Thank you!

The tapestry is beautiful. The problem is it doesn’t hang quite right. I need to stitch the rid pocket to pull up both bottom corners so it doesn’t ripple on the bottom middle. Fortunately I can do that otherwise I would not be happy. Thank you.
